I've always thought of myself as being pretty tough after fishing in Alaska for 20+ years but for some reason never tough enough to deal with Life's never-ending battle of mental health with all the traumas PTSD anxiety depression addiction being diagnosed bipolar It's a struggle at times to say the least I think connecting each other through Videos and hashtags that we're not struggling alone and helping the younger generation with Any trauma and met with pure Empathetic Support and understanding we can help them thrive as young adults It's time for unity It's time to change now or suffer later
